Composition

The Financial Review Committee shall be composed of at least three members appointed by the IAWEA President.

Executive Committee liaison shall be a Federation Delegate

Keith Hobson serves as Chair of the Financial Review Committee.  This committee reviews the accounting records of the Association annually for sound financial practices.  Their review is merely that and does not constitute certification of the Association’s books.

Duties

  • Provide for a review of the treasurer’s books and prepare a written report for the annual meeting
  • Provide for a review of each regional treasurer’s meeting reports and prepare a written report for the annual meeting
  • Review investments and report to the Executive Committee in a written report prepared for the annual meeting
  • Provide for a review of each specialty conference meeting report and prepare a written report for the annual meeting.
