The 2022 IAWEA Annual Conference will be held at the RiverCenter in Davenport on June 8-9, 2022. Online registration is available by clicking on the link below:
If you registered for a booth in the Exhibit Hall you may set your booth up on Tuesday, June 7 from 6pm-9pm. The Exhibit Hall will be available at 7am on Wednesday, June 8 for set up as well. All booths must be removed directly after the Exhibit Hall closes that night.
If you want to reserve a room at the hotel during the conference you may call DoubleTree by Hilton at (563) 322-2200 and mention that you are with the Iowa Water Environment Association for the $129 per night discounted rate. The last day to register for this rate is May 24, 2022. If you wish to reserve a room online you may click on the link below and it will automatically give you the IAWEA rate:
Please note that this link is preset to reserve 3 nights, June 7th, 8th, and 9th. If you are not staying all of these nights you will need to adjust the dates.
If you registered to attend the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 7th it will be held at the UP Sky Bar, 215 N. Main St., from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. The bar is 1 block west and 1/2 block north of the DoubleTree.
This year’s WEF Awards Banquet will be held aboard the Celebration Belle while cruising the Mississippi. Buses will be provided for transportation from the hotel to the boat and back to the hotel. If you have concerns about COVID by riding a bus you may provide your own transportation to 2501 River Drive in Moline, IL where the boat is boarded.

Most parking at RiverCenter and the DoubleTree by Hilton is paid parking. Please be aware that you must prepay for parking. You must park your vehicle and then pay for your parking within a few minutes or you will receive a $25 parking ticket. Davenport has an app that you can pay for parking from your smart phone. The Local Arrangements Committee has organized a bicycle ride on Wednesday and Thursday mornings of the conference. The ride begins each morning at 6am and will cover the Primary route below. If the Mississippi River is experiencing flood conditions the Alternate route below will be used. Both rides are weather permitting.
