This is a list of how the duties are split between the IWPCA secretary and the Water Sourcebook Committee:

Secretary:

  1. All physical processing of the water sourcebooks; including ordering and mailing out CD or hard copies.
  2. Purchasing binders for the water sourcebook curriculum (if hard copy).
  3. Processing all requests for curriculum.
  4. Record keeping of the water sourcebook users.
  5. Financial payables and receivables and budget record keeping.
  6. Sending name of schools to committee for local experts list.

Committee:

  1. Marketing the program.
  2. Sending out end of year surveys.
  3. Sending out local expert's resource list.
  4. Approving requests for out-of-pocket teacher consumable funds.
  5. Oversee of water sourcebook program.
  6. Making copies of CD.
